I have trouble standing up for myself. I always feel guilty afterwards. I worry about being perfect and nice all the time. I worry that if I object to something or disagree with someone no one will love me anymore. When I act vulnerable and be genuine I am so scared that someone will see my true self. I doubt that they would like what they see. I feel so uncomfortable and lonely.

I discovered frequency healing several years ago and they have helped me to overcome feelings of sadness from being bullied in the town I just left. When you can't rely on people, frequency healing will come into you're life. The universe provides everything we need to live fulfilling healthy lives

It is 5 years since my spiritual journey begin, some times i feel like i find myself and sometimes i feel lost. I lost my 18 years old marriage, because of my soul but now I'm in my darkest place in my life. 6 months since I have anxiety and depresion such a deep lvl I even can't talk normally... No way out, No light and no other side... I feel like I've lost some where in the unknown place, where there is only me, anxiety and darkness... I've choose this way because I know in deep lvl that it's my soul who needs this but damn.. It is so hard. God/universe plz give me the power to stand up, give my powers back to arrive there...

This came on when I was sleeping. I woke up crying bc I had a dream I was with my kids again and then we were at the airport and I realized I had to let them go again and that the time we spent wasn’t permanent. I miss my family so much since my wife and I separated. Last thing I remember in the dream I was hugging my 7 yr old daughter goodbye and she said dad I don’t want to go I don’t want you to go I miss you. This hurts so much
